How to sign

1. Open the event link provided by the organizer.
2. Enter your name, date of birth, and email address.
3. Read the waiver, check the agreement box, and submit.
4. If payment is required, choose your ticket type and pay by card or select cash at door.
5. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Adding a minor

If the event allows it, you'll see an Add a minor (under 18) button on the waiver form.

• Enter the minor's name and date of birth.
• Check the guardian attestation box to confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.
• The minor's waiver will be signed on their behalf.

Payment

• Card: Enter your card details using the secure Square payment form. Your payment is processed immediately.
• Cash at door: Select this option if you'll pay in person. Bring the correct amount — the organizer will mark you as paid when you arrive.

Your card details are processed directly by Square and are never stored on Wayvr's servers.

View your signed waivers

You can view all waivers you've signed by visiting View my signed waivers. Enter the email address you used when signing to receive a sign-in link.

Getting started

1. Create an event — Go to Events → New Event. Add a name and description.
2. Add dates — On the event page, add the date(s) your event runs.
3. Create ticket types — Add at least one ticket type with a price (or $0 for free entry).
4. Attach waivers — Go to Waivers, create a waiver, then attach it to your event. Attendees will sign it before payment.
5. Share the event link — Copy the event URL from the Event Link card and send it to your attendees.

Door check-in

The Door view shows everyone who has signed and their payment status. Access it from the event page → Door view button.

• Cash orders show a Mark paid button — click it when the attendee pays at the door.
• Card orders are automatically marked paid after successful Square processing.
• Use Export CSV to download the full attendance list.

Payment setup

To accept online card payments, connect your Square account in Settings → Payment Configuration.

You'll need your Square Application ID, Access Token, and Location ID. These can be found in your Square Developer Dashboard.

Events without payment configuration default to cash-only. Attendees can still sign waivers and pay at the door.

Minor attendees

If your event allows minors, enable the minor waiver toggle on the event page. A parent or guardian can add a minor during signing and attest their consent on their behalf. Attach a waiver tagged minor in the waiver library to collect a separate minor-specific waiver.

Waivers

• Create reusable waiver templates in the Waivers section.
• Attach waivers to events — each event can have multiple waivers.
• Mark a waiver as show on landing page to display it to all walk-up attendees.
• Waivers tagged minor are only shown to attendees who add a minor.
