Wayvr provides software for electronic waivers, registrations, signatures, payments, and event management.
Event organizers generally act as controllers (or equivalent role). Wayvr generally acts as a processor, service provider, or similar role depending on applicable law. This means organizers decide what information is collected through their events and how it is used; Wayvr processes that information on their behalf.

Wayvr may collect timestamps, signer information, IP addresses, browser information, device information, event identifiers, waiver versions, and authentication metadata to support electronic signature records.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Wayvr, organizers, or participants. If Wayvr is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Organizers are responsible for exporting records they need before retention periods expire. Deleted information may temporarily persist in backups and disaster recovery systems before final removal.

Requests relating to event registrations and waivers should generally be directed to the event organizer first, because organizers control most event-related data. Wayvr will provide reasonable assistance to organizers in responding to such requests.
