Wayvr Demo Day — Trampoline Parkour Open
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Trampoline Parkour Open ("Event"), I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk. I understand that trampoline parkour involves inherent risks of physical injury including, but not limited to, falls, collisions, and equipment failure. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may result.
2. Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organisers, venue operators, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and their respective agents and employees ("Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with my participation in the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. Medical Fitness. I represent that I am in good physical health and have no medical condition that would increase the risk of injury from participation. I accept full responsibility for my physical condition and its effect on my ability to participate safely.
4. Media Release. I consent to photographs and video recordings taken during the Event being used by the organisers for promotional purposes without compensation.
5. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
I have read and understood this agreement. I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
